At LDI, driver performance is actively managed using data from the onboard computers on truck engines and driver facing camera systems. They monitor specific behaviors like panic stops, distracted driving, harsh cornering, and fuel consumption.

Our people have earned their higher pay and rewards. As a result, we have very low turnover, and less accidents or property damage while serving our customers.
